Write to us from the contacts page. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the item securely
Products must be unused, in original packaging. E-liquids & opened pods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Ship it back
We agree the carrier with you and send the return address. Drop off within 7 days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or variant? We offer free exchanges on eligible products. Simply return your item and place a new order — we'll priority-ship your replacement.
Due to EU regulations on vaping products, e-liquids and nicotine pouches are non-refundable once the seal is broken.
