Who is responsible

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone and password.

Order details: delivery address, items, the amount paid and messages about that order.

Newsletter: the email address you type into the signup form on space-retail.com.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you open, kept in server logs.

Why we use it

To create an account, take payment, deliver the order and answer questions about it.

To check that the buyer is an adult, where the law requires it.

To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe in any letter.

To keep the site secure and to understand which pages on space-retail.com are used.

Who else sees it

Payment providers, the delivery company and the email service see only the data they need for their part of the order. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account data is kept while the account is open and deleted after a request to close it, unless we still have to keep an invoice.

Your rights
