These terms apply to orders placed on https://space-retail.com.

Who may order

The shop is for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order on space-retail.com you confirm that you meet the legal age for nicotine products in your country.

The contract

A product page is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is made when we confirm the order by email. Prices on space-retail.com are in euro and include VAT unless a page says otherwise.

Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. The delivery cost and an estimated time are shown before you pay. Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over.

Returns

Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unless the law of your country excludes nicotine products from the right of withdrawal. Write to privacy@space-retail.com and we will explain the next step.

Account

You are responsible for the login details of your account on space-retail.com. We may close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence stay in force.
